Things We Overlook

One man walked around for six days without realizing there was a nail in his skull. Makes me feel better about forgetting the laundry in the dryer. And sure, nothing’s hinky with the environment. 34 whales in North Carolina beached themselves. Those that didn’t die of normal circumstances had to be euthanized.

Quiche-y!

Mmm mmm good. In another take on my fabulous quiche, here is a spinach, dill, tomato and onion quiche, with du deux montagne (courtesy my secret santa). The crust is made out of fabulous potato rounds — crisped in olive oil, then blind baked for 10 minutes. Soooo good!
