Dinner

For dinner, I made pan-seared tilapia filets, topped with chile lime butter, and southwestern cumin rice.

Notes to cooks below Before I left for Poynter, I had just discovered food blogging, and I was anxious to try out for myself. Now, armed with a digital camera, and some programs, I am off to my new adventure. I am still learning Flash, painfully slow, I might add, but I am creating a step-by-step pictorial of the recipe that I hope to post soon. In the meantime, I am happy to share recipes — the tilapia was taken off Epicurious.com, and the rice is my own creation.
