ATLANTA, Georgia, November 9, 2007

The annual chili cookoff Chomp ‘n’ Stomp in Cabbagetown, Atlanta, Georgia, draws many participants, but perhaps none as great as the man dancing with his parrot to a family bluegrass band.

Although no one can say for sure exactly what prompted this parrot-tshirt-wearing man to teach his bird to dance with him, might I proffer two possibilities:
