Name that Sandwich!

CHEFCHAOUEN, Morocco

I need your help to name this most astounding sandwich I found on the streets of Chefchaouen, Morocco.

We wandered the streets, not really hungry, but looking all the same … when what to our wondering eyes did appear but a small stand, surrounded by hungry men breaking their Ramadan fast with an enormous sandwich.

Stuffed though we were with tagine and cous cous, we just had to have one, each.

What’s in it?

• Two slices processed white cheese

• Yellow rice

• Corn kernels

• Peas

• Chopped Gherkin pickles

• French fries, still warm

• Slices of SPAM-like ham substance

• Tuna, straight from a can

• Mucho Picante sauce

• Chopped green olives

• Chopped red onion

• Chopped hard-boiled egg

• Cubes of cooked potato

Atrocious though the ingredient list may seem, this was one killer stoner sandwich.
